We are the new kid on the block in the management of office and residential properties on behalf of multiple property unit owners. Our unique service takes acre of the nitty gritty property management requirements which allows the property owner to focus on strategies, risk management and portfolio composition. Risk Management
Identification of the risks related to property portfolios and development of strategies that mitigate these without adding significant costs.
Lease Management
End-to-end lease management including, acquisitions, renewals, entry and exit inspections and billings of rent and utilities.
Credit Control
Management of rental debtors to ensure that the payment of rentals is timeous and that overdue payments are dealt with swiftly and firmly. Management of legal matters arising from non-payments and non-compliance with rules and regulations. Live reporting of age analyses by tenant, location, and type of property.
Projections, Budgets and Reporting
Preparation of budgets, which, inter alia, consider general market conditions, local area conditions, security, and infrastructure supply. Our financial reports provide details of year-to-date actuals, projections to the end of a financial period, comparisons to budgets and comparisons to previous financial period. These reports are produced monthly and are available to owners via an online portal, with drilldowns to all levels including supporting vouchers.
Professional Trustees
Professional trustees, representing owners of sectional title units on bodies corporate. In this function we address all building related matters and attend AGMs, SGMs and trustee meetings.
Weekly Newsletters
Our newsletters will detail market conditions, opportunities, new developments, legislative and compliance changes and focus on areas of interest. Links to online webinars and news reports will be added.
